Multiplicity! Herb Goat Cheese Spread?, Sauce?, Dressing? You Decide!



Herb Goat Cheese Sauce

Yield: About 1 − 1½ cups

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 10-15 minutes


2 oz goat cheese
1 cup baby spinach leaves
¼ cup italian parsley leaves
4 sprigs fresh dill weed leaves
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
3 tbsp toasted pinenuts
¼ - ½ cup chicken stock or water (add according to your preference on the thickness of the sauce)
2-3 tbsp olive oil (add until you like the sauce consistency)


1. Toast pine nuts over low heat in a small pan, about 5 minutes but watch it carefully so they don’t burn!
2. In your food processor or blender, add all the ingredients to the appliance and process/blend until thoroughly combined and smooth.

3. Use immediately or set aside in a container. Keep refrigerated.
